Concerns raised by parents and carers

Any immediately urgent bullying issue can be reported by phone to the school.  An appropriate member of staff will be found to make a note and take action as appropriate.

You can also report bullying or raise other general academic or pastoral concerns by emailing the Head of Year directly through Edulink One. Please login to Edulink, click messages at the bottom of the screen, then select your daughter that the message relates to by clicking the student’s image.  You can then select at the top, to send a message to the Head of Year.

Students can speak with any member of staff  or they can post a message into our yellow worry boxes which are opened daily by the pastoral team.

You can download the free Edulink One app onto a smartphone or tablet from your app store.  If you are on a computer you can access Edulink One from its website www.edulinkone.com

Once you are at Edulink One, you need to enter SHHS into the 'School ID' field. Then enter your user name and password as issued to you by the school. 

If you cannot find your user name and password, then please contact the school via adminteam@sacredh.lbhf.sch.uk providing your name, your daughter’s name and your email address so that we can reissue your Edulink One login details.

This could include for example ‘My daughter has hurt her foot and needs to wear trainers tomorrow’ or ‘My daughter has lost her blazer in school’ or you could tell us about a family bereavement or let us know that your child is scheduled to have an operation next month, etc.

Please contact your daughter’s form tutor through Edulink One.  After logging in to Edulink, click messages at the bottom of the screen, then select your daughter that the message relates to by clicking the student’s image.  You can then select at the top, to send a message to the Form Tutor.
