Admission Appeals

Parents whose applications are unsuccessful are entitled under the School Standards & Framework Act 1998 to appeal against the governing body’s decision.  Such appeals are made to an Independent Appeal Panel.  

If you wish to appeal, you should use the Appeal Form provided below.   You MUST set out the grounds of your appeal in writing at the time you submit your appeal.  You may provide additional information or documentation no later than seven school days in advance of the date of your appeal, in order that such documentation can be photocopied and circulated to all parties. 

If you do not submit all documentation or information by this deadline, then it may NOT be considered at the appeal.
