Match Giving

What is Match Giving?

The Match Giving Scheme was established to encourage employees  to get involved in the voluntary sector and to help fundraise through personal participation in events or give their time freely to support the work of charities throughout England and Wales.

Essentially, Match Giving gives employees the opportunity to boost their fundraising as their employer matches the money they’ve raised or donated. Some companies offer this on a pound-for-pound basis, while others will specify the amount they’re prepared to give.  Please take a look at the organisations listed below.  Even if your organisation is not listed here, it is likely they will have a Match Giving scheme in place.

Please consider enhancing your donation at no additional cost to you by utilising the benefits of Match Giving and Gift Aid combined. If you require additional information, please email schoolfund@sacredh.lbhf.sch.uk
